At Agreevet ("we," "our," or "us"), we are committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and safeguard your information when you use our mobile application and website (collectively, the "Service").

By using our Service, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy.

1. Information We Collect

We collect information to provide better services to all our users. The types of information we collect include:

  • Personal Account Information: When you register for an account, we collect personally identifiable information such as your name, email address, and profile picture. If you sign up using Google, we collect your name, email address, and profile picture from your Google account.
  • User Content: We collect the documents, contracts, and files you upload for analysis ("User Content"). We also collect the text data extracted from these documents and the chat messages you send to our AI assistant.
  • Usage Data: We automatically collect information on how the Service is accessed and used. This may include your device's Internet Protocol (IP) address, browser type, device model, operating system, and unique device identifiers.
  • Transaction Data: If you make purchases (e.g., subscriptions), our payment processors (such as RevenueCat, Apple App Store, Google Play Store) collect billing information. We do not store your full credit card information on our servers.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the collected data for the following purposes:

  • To Provide and Maintain the Service: To authenticate you, manage your account, and process your document analysis requests.

  • To Communicate with You: To send you administrative information, such as updates to our terms, and to respond to your inquiries.
  • To Enforce Our Policies: To prevent fraud and ensure compliance with our Terms of Service.

3. Google User Data

Our application offers the option to sign in using your Google account. If you choose to do so, we access the following Google User Data:

  • Email Address: Used to create your unique user account and for communication.
  • Name: Used to personalize your user profile.

  • We do not share Google User Data with third-party AI models. Only the User Content (documents) you explicitly upload is processed by our AI partners for analysis, and this is done independently of your Google identity data.

Limited Use Disclosure: Agreevet's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

4. Data Storage and Retention
