AgreeVet Account Deletion & Data Removal

This page explains how users of the AgreeVet mobile app can request deletion of their account and associated data, and what happens to their information when a deletion request is processed.

How to Request Account Deletion

If you would like to delete your AgreeVet account and associated data, please follow these steps:

  1. Send an email to privacy@agreevet.com from the email address associated with your AgreeVet account.
  2. Use the subject line: “AgreeVet Account Deletion Request”.
  3. In the body of the email, include your full name and the email address you use to sign in to AgreeVet.

Once we confirm your request, we will begin processing the deletion of your account and associated data.

Data That Will Be Deleted

When your account deletion request is processed, AgreeVet will permanently delete or anonymize the following data associated with your account:

  • Account profile information (such as your name and email address).
  • Contracts and documents you have uploaded for analysis, along with their stored file copies.
  • AI analysis results, including summaries, terms, risks, and related metadata linked to your documents.
  • Chat sessions and messages between you and the AgreeVet assistant related to your account.
  • Subscription and entitlement data stored by AgreeVet that is directly linked to your user account.

Data That May Be Retained

Certain information may be retained for a limited time, even after your account is deleted, in order to comply with legal, regulatory or security requirements:

  • Payment and transaction records processed through app stores or payment providers, which may be kept as required by tax, accounting, or other applicable laws.
  • Minimal server logs (for example, IP addresses and error logs) that are stored for security, abuse prevention, and debugging purposes for a limited retention period (typically up to 30 days) before being deleted or fully anonymized.
  • Aggregated or de-identified analytics data that cannot be used to reasonably identify you.

Processing Time

We aim to process verified account deletion requests as quickly as possible, typically within 30 days of confirming your request, subject to any legal or regulatory obligations that may require longer retention of certain data.
